The gap is in
the response
time

Viva Brasil Travel has something most operators spend careers trying to build: 30 years of destination knowledge and a founder who grew up in Switzerland and built his career in Brazil.

He speaks his clients' language, understands their culture, and knows Brazil the way most locals do not.

Building a trip is closer to producing a film than booking travel: there is a script, a cast, locations chosen for what they do to people. The itinerary is built around contrast: raw nature against modern architecture, wildlife alertness against hammock stillness. Clients arrive thinking they know what Brazil is. They leave with something they will spend the rest of their lives describing to other people.

That level of care takes time. During peak months, March through April and July through August, time is the one thing Daniel does not have enough of. Leads arrive faster than proposals can follow. Every proposal is assembled by hand: destination texts, photos, translations, itinerary. Capacity is the ceiling. Some revenue slips away before Daniel can secure it.

This is what we are building: a private tool that closes that gap.
